Incubation & Accelerator Programs

We design and deliver both cohort-based and tailored incubation programs, addressing the unique needs of emerging ventures across diverse industries.

Under the Koika Innobiz-k project, we provided structured incubation, guiding multiple cohorts of entrepreneurs through critical stages of market validation, business planning, and operational execution over a two-year period.
Through our collaboration with Reach for Change, we developed and implemented green entrepreneurship initiatives that supported start-ups to integrate sustainability into their core models, enhancing both market differentiation and long-term viability.

Our programs are meticulously crafted to build foundational competencies—from customer discovery to financial discipline—while fostering networks that drive collaborative growth.

Entrepreneurial Coaching & Mentorship

We believe impactful growth is anchored in personalized support.

Through initiatives under the Mastercard Foundation’s Jobs Creation Commission, our consultants have coached over 250 young entrepreneurs, directly resulting in more than 50 successful business launches across sectors like IT, education, manufacturing, and agro-processing.
We deliver one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and hands-on clinics that address both strategic challenges (such as market positioning and business modeling) and operational hurdles (like financial management and customer acquisition)

Our approach is tailored to each entrepreneur’s stage and sector, ensuring advice is not only theoretically sound but practically implementable in Ethiopia’s evolving market landscape.

Social Enterprise & Green Scaling

We have a proud track record of fostering social enterprises and environmentally conscious ventures, helping them develop models that drive both financial returns and positive societal impact.

As part of GIZ-financed programs, we prepared TOT manuals and trained local facilitators to deliver Business Development Services (BDS), personal and organizational development, and impact measurement.
This work cascaded through networks of universities and community enterprises, amplifying capacity across regions and catalyzing ecosystems that support social innovation.

By equipping social enterprises with robust business acumen and scalable frameworks, we enable them to maximize their social missions while achieving operational sustainability.

Investment Readiness Bootcamps

Securing capital is one of the biggest hurdles for start-ups—often due to gaps in governance, financial structuring, or investor articulation.

Through programs like Ansa Africa and Madeg Access to Investment, we have prepared over 30 post-revenue enterprises, conducting due diligence, strengthening governance, refining business plans, and developing rigorous financial models.
Our work directly led to six companies progressing to secure external investments, with others significantly advancing in negotiation pipelines.

These bootcamps are not generic workshops—they are intensive, tailored engagements that position start-ups to meet the expectations of local and international investors, laying the groundwork for sustainable scaling.
